Its natural fermentation process along with the herbs make it an additive sauce to use. It is compatible with pretty much anything and has many traits. It can function as dipping, marinating, braising and stir-fry. This product can be diluted with the ratio of 2:1 to turn into a Japanese like Terryaki sauce.
