Don't forget the pre-competition briefing for the 10th Pao Chung Cup is on November 1st,
2025 (Saturday). This year's featured product, "Pao. Chung Fried Dried Soybean Powder/Ball,"
will be the star of our show at the 2026/1/1 Bay International Food Show in Dubai.
As the organizer, Master chef Hsiao Chih-Sheng, stated,
the goal is to promote the knowledge of this all natural
product made from Non-GMO soybeans steamed to perfection and how
to incorporate it in other international famous cuisines .
